In continuation of our work in this direction, we have synthesized a number of pyridine, pyrazine, pyrimidine, pyrimidobenzimidazole, hemin & hematoporphyrin derivatives and evaluated them for their antiinflammatory, analgesics and/or anticancer activities. A few of them are very potent towards analgesics and antiinflammarory activites and one patent was also done on Thiazoline derivatives possessing anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities and their method of preparation.
