The new prepared derivatives (monomers and polymers) were characterized through the CHN, FT.IR, 1HNMR, UV/Vis spectroscopy; measurement the melting points, viscosity, X-Ray, thermal analysis (DSC for some of them) and checked by T.L.C. Also, the biological activity for some of the prepared compounds was evaluated to recognize if these compounds will have medical application. Dr. Intisar Y. Mohammed was born in Baghdad in 1964, received BA in 2004, MA in 2007, and PHD in 2015. She occupies the position of senior chief chemists in the Ministry of Science and Technology. She has participated in many research projects and have many published research articles, also participated in many local and international conferences.
