Water-in-Crude oil emulsion stabilized by natural surface active components (such as asphaltene) are one of the major problems in relation to petroleum production.such problems : the corrosion of pipe work pumps production , equipment and downstream overhead distillation columns - the expense of pumping or transporting the water via pipeline or tanker - the problems associated with increased oil viscosity as a consequence of finely dispersed water within crude oil.One of the readily used methods for breaking emulsion is chemical demulsification by surfactants for this reason A new of some poly (oxyethylene / oxypropylene) derivatives from alkylene amines were prepared. The surface activity of the prepared surfactants was determined . The evaluation of those surfactants as demulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors was carried out.
