Autorenporträt
attained her PhD in Viticulture at the University of Adelaide. Renata has research interests in the areas of viticulture, oenology and sensory evaluations. Her current research project at the University of Adelaide focuses on the effect of bush fire smoke on vine physiology and grape and wine quality.
