Autorenporträt
Dr. Vaclav Rybacek has received his PhD degree in economic policy in 2011. He is currently working at the Czech Statistical Office as director of the Government and Financial Accounts Department in the macroeconomic statistics section. In addition, he lectures at several universities in the Czech Republic.
