The research has as objective to know the influence of the Personalized Instruction System in the Academic Performance in students of Accounting, being in the application of this method a new alternative of learning to learn by means of the positive reinforcement, making use of an efficient organization of the course in small units, providing them with didactic material for their self-learning and having the individualized positive reinforcement of the teacher, having the support of the master classes, and reaching a solid knowledge in the evaluation. The aim is for the student to learn the subject in order to move on to the next unit. This learning goes from the simple to the complex, and provides the student with opportunities to reinforce their knowledge and to try again until they reach a level of excellence in their learning. To test the hypothesis and find significant differences pre-test and post-test; as well as between experimental and control groups, the t of Student was used. The results found demonstrate that the personalized Instruction System positively influences academic performance.
