Sexuality is present in the life of the human being from the moment of birth until death, in the whole evolutionary process of biological, psychological and social development of the different ontogenetic stages of individuals. The objective of this research is to propose a system of workshops on Integral Sexuality Education (EIS) for adolescent students of the Nursing Technical School of the University of Medical Sciences of Villa Clara. A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out. The main instruments used for the study were the survey and observation. The main results were that sexuality is framed around sexual intercourse, that the first sexual relations occur during adolescence, that adolescent-family relations are defined as conflictive and that the source for clarifying doubts about sexuality are friends. The workshop system aims to promote SIA in adolescents, favoring an integral development of their personality.
