Il dott. Otto Alemán Miranda ha iniziato i suoi studi nell'anno accademico 2011-2012 presso la Facoltà di Stomatologia dell'Università di Scienze Mediche di Santiago de Cuba. È membro di diverse cattedre onorarie della Facoltà. Ha partecipato a numerosi eventi provinciali, territoriali, nazionali e internazionali.
