Dr. Cardozo Joel is a research professor, who completed his university studies at the UNERMB in the state of Zulia, and performs functions as First Sergeant Instructor of the Mar Group and tactical combat operators, as well as training in air defense as an operator of ZU-23mm cannon systems and other military disciplines.
