This book introduces a concept called Ta__ iya , which contains a twist of Arabic and English words meaning nutrition in English and Arabic (_____) at the same time. The purpose of introducing this concept is to tackle several nutrition- related topics that are either complex in terms of understanding or poorly addressed on social media platforms. Moreover, this concept aims at presenting the nutritional information in a simple and fun way for readers to understand complex terms, regardless of their educational background. The articles usually contain images and drawings to make it visual for the reader. Also, each article contains stickman figures with the purpose of representing the thoughts of most of the people on matters related to nutrition. At the end of each article, references of the original articles used can be found. I think we all have the right to know whether the information we are receiving is credible or not. It also gives a chance to read in depth topics of our interest.
