Rev. Dr. Alfie Wines, MDiv, PhD, is a transformational speaker, workshop leader, biblical scholar, mentor, author, and internet host. Dr. Wines' passion for biblical interpretation, religious literacy, music, and prayer is the driving force that prompts her to work to edify and empower others. She is committed to helping people elevate the quality of their lives, both personal and professional. She serves as a Board Member and writes blogs for Equity for Women in the Church. She is on the Alumni Board of Brite Divinity School. Dr. Wines' utilizes an interdisciplinary approach to biblical interpretation. In addition, she focuses on literary, feminist, and womanist perspectives.
