His innovative and influential style of coaching and facilitation developed over his 25 years of management experience in Human Resource and Organization Development.
In addition to writing, speaking, coaching, and presenting workshops, Jim is committed to helping individuals and teams express their full potential. As a catalyst for change, he is recognized for his unique ability to engage teams in visioning, identifying important intentions, and carrying out initiatives that lead to high levels of performance.

Jim's first book, Creating and Living Your Purpose, along with the workshop developed from the book, helps individuals identify their unique purpose in life and the steps to take to manifest their important soul intentions.
Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and his Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington. He presently lives in North Carolina, and has two grown children living in Vermont. Jim enjoys hiking, photography, classical music, and traveling.
