The superhero is often an outcast who has acquired unique powers at birth or through some accident or gift. They're revered and adored for their heroism. But what happens when you try to become the superhero of your team? When you put on your cape and fly through the office doors to save the day and rescue your people? Unfortunately, you may not experience the happy ending of the Hollywood blockbusters we love to watch. As a leader, I've tried to be the superhero and wore my cape proudly.
