In 2019 Bryan Bernard found himself on top of a mountain holding a loaded 9-mm to his head and contemplating suicide. He had “succeeded” in winning the rat race of life only to realize he had become a rat—and he was miserable as hell. With the help of his good friend Tommy Stoffel and his approach to mindfulness, Bryan broke free from the grip of a deep depression. Using their mutual love of Zen Jeeping as a vehicle, they developed a practical, approachable, and even fun framework to help people deal with the stressors in life. Together, they’ve helped hundreds of people break free before they break down. Bryan is a successful software entrepreneur, a leader of Zen 4-Wheeler outings, co-host and executive producer of the Offroad Monks documentary, and a life-long writer.
