Autorenporträt
Pastor and Bible teacher George Quin has devoted 13 years of ministry to incarcerated men in jails and prisons. Taking Anger Seriously grew out of hundreds of their testimonies, validating the need for real change in the hearts and minds of offenders in ways that secular anger management courses could not. George earned his bachelor's in theology degree from Fountain Gate Bible College in Plano, Texas, in 1985. He is a student of Ancient Hebrew and loves to teach the Bible. George and his wife, Nancy, have three grown sons. He retired after 29 years at Frito-Lay North America Inc. in Plano, Texas, as Facilities Automation Administrator. He now serves as Community Care Pastor at Midway Church and is on the Board of Directors at Denton Freedom House, a Christ-centered home for men and women with addictions.
