Autorenporträt
After obtaining BAs in Communication Arts and Sciences, Global and International Studies, and French and Francophone Studies from Pennsylvania State University, Joanne Augustin Giles worked in sales and marketing in corporate America. Just three years later, she made an intentional decision (pre-pandemic) to become a corporate drop-out. She then started her business, All Things Content LLC, a boutique digital marketing agency, as a marketer, copywriter, and content strategist. In her self-employed tenure, Joanne has added workflow consultant, Skillshare teacher of four top-rated classes on content and sales strategy, and podcast host of No Sugar Added: Raw Conversations about Self-Employment to her growing resume.
