TOM CASEY is the Managing Principal of Discussion Partner Collaborative, an executive advisory firm focused on Human Capital Strategy. An expert in the development of organizational transformation strategies during his 30+ years of consulting, he held senior positions with Harbridge House Inc., Arthur D. Little, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Buck Consultants and The Concours Group before founding Discussion Partner Collaborative. Tom has authored over 70 articles on Human Capital strategy. Talent Readiness, The Future Is Now is his third book on the topic. Tom resides both in suburban Boston and Lima, Peru "whichever is warmer at the time".
