His dream of setting up his greyhound kennels and racing the dogs at the Ta Qali stadium become a reality with the help of his loyal friends George, Aris and Pawlu and with the support of his sister Joan and brother in law Angus, this is the fascinating tale of their adventures, their successes, their misgivings and their joys. A delightful tale, full of good humour often hilarious, unexpected excitement and happiness. An easy to read commentary of life in a small village, on a small island in a large sea. My beloved island
