Linda Schaak Distad is associate dean for Education Programs at the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has been an educator for over 30 years, having taught at both the elementary school level and in higher education. Joan Cady Brownstein has been an educator for 35 years in Minnesota and Pennsylvania with teaching experience in K-12 vocal music, elementary education, and teacher education. Currently she is associate professor in the School of Education, University of St. Thomas, Minnesota.
