Amanda Waters is a former journalist-turned-librarian and author of the novel, You Again. Her lated novel, With You, was a winner in the romance category of the 2019 Writer's League of Texas Manuscript Contest. She's a midwestern girl currently living in Houston, Texas, with her husband and two children.
