Autorenporträt
Paulette Dubé was born in Westlock, Alberta. She has written five books, including Talon, which made shortlists for the Canadian Literary Award (1999), the Alberta Writers' Guild Best Novel Award (2003), and the Starburst Award (2003). Her poetry has appeared in a CBC Alberta Anthology (1998), and she has received the James Patrick Follinsbee Prize in English (1983), the Milton Acorn Memorial Peoples' Poetry Award (1994), as well as a CBC Literary Award for English Poetry (2005) She and her family live in Jasper, where she continues to write and teach.
