A two node tandem communication network model with dynamic bandwidth allocation having compound Poisson binomial bulk arrivals is developed and analyzed. Another model of two node tandem communication network model with dynamic bandwidth allocation and modified phase type transmission having compound Poisson binomial bulk arrivals had developed and analyzed. Another two node tandem communication network model with dynamic bandwidth allocation having two stage direct arrivals is developed and analyzed. The optimal operating policies of all the three models considered are developed, analyzed and discussed in detail.
