Tanjong Pagar Group Representation Constituency is a six-member Group Representation Constituency in central Singapore. Tanjong Pagar Group Representation Constituency is a six-member Group Representation Constituency in central Singapore. Tanjong Pagar GRC was formed in 1991 and has been held by the People's Action Party ever since, with a walkover victory at every nomination day since its creation that year. Tanjong Pagar consists of five divisions, namely Moulmein, Queenstown, Radin Mas, Tanglin-Cairnhill and Tanjong Pagar, Tiong Bahru. The seat consists of the areas of Tanjong Pagar, Queenstown, Tiong Bahru, Tanglin, Orchard Road, Bukit Merah, Moulmein, Bukit Timah, Novena, Newton and a portion of Telok Blangah. The GRC absorbed a section of Kreta Ayer-Tanglin Group Representation Constituency in 2001. Previously, Buona Vista was in the GRC from 1997 to 2001, until it was under Holland-Bukit Panjang Group Representation Constituency in 2001 and Holland-Bukit Timah Group Representation Constituency since 2006. Telok Blangah was also part of the constituency from 1991 to 1997.
