The challenge of our study is therefore to remove the mystery surrounding oil by helping to make accessible the information surrounding its management. To begin and solve this problem we adopt the following plan: in a first part, we analyze the specificities of the oil taxation. Then the second part will be devoted to the study of the impact of the oil taxation on the budget and the economy of the State as well as to demonstrate the limits and to bring recommendations for a tax system of the oil companies.
