Rather, with a hand on the heart, we lament the efforts and funds invested in the Tayna Gorilla Reserve organization, which has remained a shadow of its former self. It is the end that justifies the means. If Tayna had been strong, it would not have missed such a historic opportunity, which is the REDD project. It is true that human work is never perfect, which is why weaknesses must be analyzed in order to improve future initiatives. In our opinion, we have used more politics than ethical values in a sustainable development action.
