I have 25+ years of experience in leadership, learning, and development. It has always been more than a career, it has been my mission to help others succeed by developing their leadership potential. This book is about this journey and what I have learned through this experience, having followed, observed, and partnered with what I call Elevated Leaders.My formal education includes a BS in Human Resource Management and an MBA with a concentration on Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve. Most of my experience with leadership, learning, and development has been around developing, designing, and implementing programs in support of key business initiatives and organizational transformation.
