David Seale is the creator and host of the popular podcast, Teacher Affirmations. A career educator with twenty-five years experience and counting, David has been a classroom teacher, debate coach, basketball coach, principal and central office coordinator spanning grades K-12, and with twenty of those years in Title 1 schools and/or systems. David is currently a principal in the Birmingham City School system. He also performs music for kids at public libraries across the region as Capn Dave; you can find his albums of original children's music on iTunes, Amazon, and other digital music outlets.
