Dr Ramakanta Mohalik, Assistant Professor in Education at Regional Institute of Education (NCERT), Bhubaneswar. He earned his post graduation in Education from Ravenswa University and PhD from Utkal University, Odisha, India. He has been teaching post graduate students since eight years and involved in organising in-service training programmes.
