Weblogs are a fashionable form of easy-to-use personal publishing that has attracted millions of bloggers to share their personal thoughts, opinions, and knowledge on the web. The versatility of weblogs as a communication medium has attracted interests from educators. Student's perception is a prominent factor in the successful adoption of educational technology. There is no inherent pedagogical value in weblogs. To get any educational value out of weblog, the students must pursue educationally sound behaviors. Such as participation and interaction. The decision on the acceptance of weblog and the way that weblogs are used is determined ultimately by student's perception. Teacher's governance will be replaced by the knowledge dominance. So students now learn through computer teacher, television teacher and internet teacher. Use of weblogs in a course is beneficial. It may be a long time before students are aware of the wonderful range of purpose afforded by weblogs. Still there are benefits in the incorporation of blogging in courses, even though not necessarily direct educational benefits in related to the course.
