Seventy-six percent of the students stated that they agree that the positive human climate established by the teacher in the classroom favors learning. All of the above is corroborated in the results of the questionnaire applied to the students, which showed that 56% of them responded that teachers always motivate them to improve their academic performance; however, 59% of the students stated that the influence their teachers have on their commitment to perform well is low. According to the results of the survey applied to the teachers, it was more than clear that the teachers expressed that according to the data from the records of previous years, the students' performance was 65 - 70, and most of them ranged between 76 - 85.
