This book is based on my PhD thesis in business administration obtained at Charisma University in the British Turks and Caicos Islands, under the supervision of Professor Alain Ndedi. The book is the fruit of empirical research that approaches the recruitment process, a classic human resources subject, from the angle of the problem of teacher recruitment and the performance of private schools in Chad. It demonstrates the possibility of optimizing teacher recruitment in Chad's private schools. The study is based on the assumption that good teachers produce good pupils and contribute to the performance of the employing establishment. The aim of this work is to demonstrate the link between the teacher recruitment system and the performance of private schools in Chad. This issue is particularly important for private schools, which recruit their teaching staff to improve performance in order to achieve better student performance in general, and an excellent Baccalauréat result in the case of this study.
