In addition to my post-graduate studies in education, I was lucky enough to become a secondary school inspector, and I enjoyed supervising teachers, which leads me to believe that the massive failure of students is largely due to a lack of training on the part of some teachers.The aim of this document is to encourage teachers to participate in a in-service training and to encourage those in charge to recruit teachers with initial training. Indeed, my research has emphasized the importance of pre-service or in-service training, or disciplinary training, for teaching in secondary schools.

Augustin Louis Adolphe graduated from Abraham University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in English. When he became a secondary school inspector in 2015, he pursued his graduate studies, earning a master's degree in educational administration. Finally, from 2020 to 2024 he completed his doctorate at El Shaddai International Christian University.
