The present study aims to study the practice of the tutorial function by the teachers of the ISPITS of Agadir during the Covid 19 pandemic. It is a quantitative descriptive study, based on a self-administered questionnaire to the teachers.A total of 93 responses, shows that 54.8% of teachers do not perform the tumor functions, in particular the practice of the technical function (23.4%). The pedagogical function (61.3%), the evaluative function (61.6%) and the socio-motivational function (64.5%) seem to be the most practiced during online teaching. Indeed, these functions are significantly associated (p<0.05) with the factors that concern, firstly, the professional category in its two modalities: the research teacher (ORa:1.353; 95% CI: 3.23-8.97; p=0.023) and the permanent teacher (ORa: 0.580; 95% CI: 0.06-5.09; p=0.007). Second, the factor related to the choice of the face-to-face teaching modality (ORa: 4.132; 95% CI: 0.00 -0.83; p= 0.042) mentioned in the utility dimension specific to Betrancourt's acceptability model. It should be noted that a balance between the different tutorial functions must be achieved during E--learning.
