Educational innovations are crucial for catching up with the fast social changes. However, it requires hard efforts to find effective ways to convey these innovations to the target groups. Different agents of the education sector should get on board.This would not happen unless they deeply believe on the importance and influence of the innovations. This book, in part, explores the beliefs, attitudes and intentions of Iranian elementary school teachers about engaging in a curriculum reform endeavor, and investigates the main motivational factors for the teachers' involvement in the program.
