The study investigated teachers' digital competence management for quality secondary education instructional delivery. The study was conducted in Rivers State, Nigeria. The study was anchored on Siemens and Downes (2005) Theory of Connectivism, and Mishra and Koehler (2006) and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework. School management can achieve quality instructional delivery in secondary education through digital information literacy management, digital communication management, digital content-creation management, digital safety management, digital problem-solving management and addressing the challenges in the management of digital competence in the secondary education.
