This monograph will focus on improving the pedagogical skills of teachers in the framework of communication and direct interaction with senior students. The author presents the results of research carried out within the framework of modern education. Based on the results of the study, the author proposed a program developed jointly with a teacher-psychologist, the creation of which was associated with the need to make up for the availability of existing theoretical and practice-oriented programs for pedagogical interaction between a teacher and senior students.
