This book is a detail report of a causal-comparative research study undertaken as a part of a degree programme at Notre Dame Institute of Education, Karachi,Pakistan. Kaka Jan is a current student of Masters of Teaching (M.Teach) at the Institute of Education, University of London, UK. Previously he worked with the Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan at various capacities. He also served as an assistant professor at Karakorum International University, Gilgit,Pakistan. His area of interest is classroom teaching.
