As a result, teachers are faced with class sizes of more than 40 students and sometimes more than 100 students. In this perspective, this study addresses the constraints of large group teaching in terms of planning, teaching-learning methods, assessments and classroom management. This study deals with the constraints of teaching large groups of students among teachers in a nursing training institute in Morocco. Also, it proposes innovative pedagogical tools and solutions to address these multiple constraints based on the literature.
