The improvement of educational system depends upon the teacher and their education. In the present educational system, Metacognitive area is more emphasized than the area of affective goals. The progressive to be achieved in refining the attitude and the institution of teacher education must be made more effective in helping teachers to develop competence. Professional education should focus on the individual capacities, he/she should have a sound philosophy of education, knowledge of adequate functioning of psychology along with a dynamic sociological perspective.
