Nowadays, Algeria is becoming more aware of the significance of Teaching English for particular purposes (ESP)than before . A large number of students and teachers are highly interested in studying it. Yet, not all tutors are trained or even know the right methodology for ESP teaching. Thus,the present research study is meant to provide full analysis of the English language Teaching-Learning situation in the Computer Science Department of Sidi Bel Abbess. Our principal goal is to examine the Teaching and learning circumstances, then, to seek some appropriate and possible solutions for the problems met. The final objective is to come up with an acceptable EST syllabus and teaching methodology.
