This study focuses on the feminization of the teaching profession and the academic success of pupils in CP and CE classes at the IPEP in the 7th Arrondissement "A" of N'Djaména Commune. The main research question is: How does the massive presence of women teachers influence the academic success of CP and CE pupils? The general objective is to identify the mechanisms behind the mobilization of women for the teaching function and the resulting academic success of pupils in CP and CE classes. The general hypothesis underlying this study is that the mobilization of women towards the teaching function favors the success of pupils in the district's CP and CE classes. Two hypotheses were derived from this hypothesis, which enabled us to assess the impact of mobilizing women into the teaching profession on the academic success of pupils in the targeted classes. Qualitative and quantitative approaches were chosen as the methodology. An interview guide was produced for 20 school principalsand educational leaders.
