This study began with the indignation that emerged from the observation of years of teaching practice in universities and revolves around the analysis of the differences between practice and the mobilization of the use of normative frameworks, curricular guidelines, by social actors in the academic field. A number of questions have arisen during the years I have been teaching and have prompted this research. An analysis of the legislation and the historical part was necessary, as well as reports on the use of social actors, curricular guidelines and questions based on these observations, after all, which path is the teaching market following? Fast food? The research one? Does this have social implications? We'll see.
