Sean A. McCandless works as an Associate Professor in the Public and Nonprofit Management program at the University of Texas at Dallas, USA. He co-founded the Journal of Social Equity and Public Administration and has co-edited and authored numerous works on social equity. Susan T. Gooden is a Dean and Professor of the L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs at Virginia Commonwealth University, USA. She is an internationally recognized expert on social equity.
