After completion of the course, the students must have accomplished the following outcomes: (1) The learner demonstrates basic knowledge, skills, and values in home economics (agriculture), and entrepreneurship (food preparation, preservation, and agricultural business) that can help improve self and family life. (2) The learner demonstrates increased knowledge, skills, and values in home economics (agriculture), and entrepreneurship (food preparation, preservation, and agricultural business) toward the improvement of the family's economic life and the community. (3) The learner demonstrates enhanced and expanded knowledge in home economics (agriculture) and entrepreneurship (food preparation, preservation, and agricultural business) toward the improvement of the family's economic life and the community. (4) The learner demonstrates an understanding of his/her Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies (PECs), the environment and market, and process/production, and delivery of home economics and entrepreneurial course in which he/she has specialized. (5) The learner demonstrates the knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes (KSVA) in Home Economics and Entrepreneurship.
