This book examines how team building plays its role towards high performance of employees, the team building activities used and their contributions to employee performance. From findings of a study of banking institutions in Eldoret, Kenya, the author gives suggestions on how team building can be integrated in the usual work activities to improve performance. Consequently, she observes that though not well articulated, team building activities exist in organizations. This book encourages organizations to use team building as a tool to enhance employee performance.
