Introduction: Team-Based Learning (TBL) is an effective pedagogical approach in health sciences training. The objective of our work is, firstly, to describe the approach followed for the design and development of a module based on team learning in the teaching of pharmacovigilance and to evaluate its interest.Material and methods: This is a cross-sectional study carried out in January 2024. A TBL module on drug hypersensitivities was developed. Results: A syllabus of the team learning scenario including the different stages of the session was developed. Then, this session was implemented as a training tool for seventeen pharmacy interns. All participants were in favor of using TBL as a training tool, with improved memorization, reflection, interactivity and engagement. They all preferred this educational tool to the lecture course. Conclusion: The positive results we obtained allowed us to highlight the interest of this innovative method as well as the anticipated advantages of itsuse.
