However, this constantly renewed demand for versatility and the desire to ensure the success of all students will lead to increasingly frequent partnerships that will lead to forms of collaboration. In order for this collaborative work to be sustainable, it is necessary to invent tools for regulation and sustainability, explained in training modules, in order to be able to flourish in this way of working and improve the school climate. The benefits would be all the more beneficial for student success.
