Teamwork is a very strong institutional demand. However, we quickly realize that there is a gap between the ministerial injunctions and the practices in the field, even if the inspection evaluates teamwork. In fact, it is not enough to bring teams together for them to work as a team. Teachers are very attached to their versatility and their pedagogical freedom. They deplore the fact that time is evanescent, and that spaces are not conducive to groupings. However, this constantly renewed demand for versatility and the desire to ensure the success of all students will lead to increasingly frequent partnerships that will lead to forms of collaboration. In order for this collaborative work to be sustainable, it is necessary to invent tools for regulation and sustainability, explained in training modules, in order to be able to flourish in this way of working and improve the school climate. The benefits would be all the more beneficial for student success.
