As a consultant, he works to transform firms from individual, team and organisational levels. As a person, he dreams of contributing to society. Ricardo Zamora specialises in Distributed Leadership. It is considered a set of spontaneous and interconnected collective initiatives. It relates to talent, team effectiveness and self-coordination and applied to the agile world, liquid organisations, and shared leadership. He has been an Adjunct Lecturer of the Department of People Management and Organisation at ESADE Business School since the year 2000.
