Life can get messy, before it gets better. Here are some of my favorite poems that take the reader through the depths of hell to come out on the other side smiling. The only way out of misery is with the help of God. This book was written in a very difficult time of my life, these are the scriptures that helped me through. Let His words stick, and let mine roll off of your back like water droplets down a ducks back.

Autorenporträt
Tara grew up in a small town in Arizona. She persued her certificates in health coaching, life coaching, and hypnotherapy, and is now pursuing her doctorate degree in Psychotherapy. Her long for reading and learning began as a young child, she started writing her first book for fun at ten years old. She was quiet, and introverted most of her life, her luck with relationships was usually not very good, she didn't feel like she fit into her family. Fast forward to now, Tara lives in Tempe Arizona, has her own business and clothing line called Enlighten Lab, and has three beautiful children, Daisy, Kailani, and Keahilani. Her struggle with depression, and anxiety are an important detail to include, as she has found God, through prayer, and hearkening onto His words. The depression still tries to creep in sometimes, but generally is under control. 6/21/2021: Tara Schoose has her focus on current events, cultural adversity, the empowerment of women, and her own resilience to overcome triggers of trauma, avoid toxic relationships, and live a peaceful, joyful life. Tara is a mother, author, and spiritual celebrant whose freestyle and rhymed poetry entails both light and dark imagery. Her ongoing quest is to help others wherever they may be on their journey toward gaining wisdom and clarity, to fight against climate change, and to advance issues such as ethnic and gender equality, this being her passion.
