Author was born in Kpasham in 1963, received primary, secondary and university education at Kpasham primary school,Science secondary school Jalingo and the Federal University of Technology Yola. He holds a masters Degree in Agricultural Economics and currently a senior Research officer with Rubber Research Institute of Nigeria, Benin City.
